This collection has been inspired by Eastern European lacquered boxes from the world-famous village Fedoskino, where for almost 200 years, artists have been painting beautiful miniature lacquered paper-mâché boxes inlaid with mother of pearl. After years of studying this technique, we established an innovative form of painting that were proud to bring to you on our exclusive G. DeBrekht Glass ornaments, created like in the old times. We spray silver powder inside the glass ball and then sandblast this ball from the outside. We use a combination of transparent& opaque paint for a realistic, profound iridescent effect of the sun or moon lighting the landscape or beautiful scenery on our ornaments.
