About Collection: The Mercury glass "Tree-galleryƒ? Keepsake Glass Ornaments Sets are artistically hand-crafted with added touches of gold and silver for a subtle glow. This Collection has been inspired by an old world-Eastern European family, who for almost 200 years had been painting beautiful miniature lacquered paper- m?›ch?? boxes inlaid with mother of pear. It took years of perfecting this technique to establish this new and innovative form of painting that we now proudly present in our exclusive G. DeBrekht Glass ornaments. They are made, as in the old days- from 1.5 mm hand-blown Mercury Glass, silver powdered from the inside and then sandblasted from the outside. The combination of colors and the multi-layer painting techniques create a deep iridescent effect. We take pride in perfecting every piece by adding touches of gold, finishing them with a lovely satin ribbon, and presenting them in a three piece silk-lined gift box. Approximate size: 3ƒ? x 2ƒ?. Hand-made in the USA, every piece is unique- and will be passed on to future generations to cherish.
