Quality is our utmost priority, and as a result, no two pieces will ever be identical. Each sculpture in the Original Masterpiece Collection is meticulously hand-carved from aged linden wood by our master carvers. During the seasoning process, only the premium quality portions of the wood are selected for carving, with approximately 60% of the timber being discarded due to splitting, molding, or other imperfections revealed over time.

Once carved, each sculpture journeys to the painter, where sometimes up to five artists contribute their unique skills to complete a single piece. Our artisans apply layer upon layer of watercolor, acrylic, or other paint, achieving the desired depth and vibrancy of color. Each figure reflects a pursuit of perfection through meticulous craftsmanship.

To ensure the authenticity of every piece, each sculpture is limited either by the year of production or by number, indicated on the bottom of each piece along with a Certificate of Authenticity. A special G. DeBrekht medallion accompanies every sculpture, further underscoring its exclusivity. The collection itself is inherently limited by the handcrafted nature of the work, determined by the number.
